I did everything the manifestation books told me to do.

What happened next completely transformed my relationship with food, fitness, and most importantly—myself.

This isn’t a before-and-after story.

In my last blog, I shared some hard truths about love that I’ve learned from working as a psychic medium, connecting with spiritual beings and passed loved ones on the other side. If you haven’t read it yet, I suggest starting there—though, hey, who am I to tell you what to do?

In 2019, I went through a brutal breakup and spent years seeking out psychics, hoping they’d tell me I wasn’t doomed to live alone with cats. I wanted someone to tell me who my soulmate was and when I’d meet him—or that the emotionally unavailable jerk I was dating would suddenly change and pick me.

Some psychics told me what I wanted to hear, while the good ones gave me tough truths and real, helpful advice. When I finally took that advice and did the inner work, I began to understand the hard truths about love.

Now, as a practicing psychic medium who specializes in helping women heal so they can manifest the love, careers, and lives they dream of, I’m passionate about sharing what a psychic can—and can’t—see when it comes to love.

During psychic medium readings most clients want to talk about love, money, relationships and career. But there is a topic that has been popping up in several of my readings lately, and that is health.

In the past I have tried to avoid this topic like the plague…..no pun intended.

For starters I am not a doctor and I am not qualified to be treating or diagnosing medical conditions. Furthermore, talking about someone’s health can cause them to overthink and worry ...bringing up a potentially new health concern….anxiety.

You see, providing health information during a reading is an extremely delicate process and I would rather avoid giving that information; however, the information that comes through is not up to me… it is up to spirit and lately they have had other plans.

Thanksgiving is always a day where we are encouraged to talk and think about all of the things that we are thankful for. While I believe this is a wonderful holiday tradition I strongly encourage my clients to make gratitude a daily practice.

Gratitude is one of the most high vibration frequencies in the law of attraction and when used daily it can yield amazing and even life changing results. To illustrate the power of gratitude I want to tell you a real life example from my own experience.

So I started thinking about the next steps in my career and where I wanted to go next  when I had a random thought about the reading I had a year earlier…”that psychic said I would be transferring to Austin or Colorado.”I thought that this was a funny coincidence but at this point in my spiritual journey I knew that it was a sign. 

Three days after I had this random thought I received an email alert with two job openings at work. One position in Austin Texas and another in Denver Colorado. 

I laughed and said “Okay spirit, you got my attention.Now which one should I apply for? Send me a sign”

Disclaimer- every time I ask my guides, or spirit, or the universe for guidance (btw it doesn’t matter what you call it, god, Paul, creative intelligence) I always ask for signs in threes before I make a move. And my spirit guides did not disappoint in this situation.

I want to start off this post by saying what I always do, my purpose in this lifetime is to use my psychic gifts to help others but more importantly it is my mission to educate the world on ethical psychic practices… and while I am not always perfect (hey I am human too) I do my best to give the most ethical readings to my clients as possible. 

With that being established can I predict  your future? The best answer I can come up with here is…. Sometimes.

I often get asked by clients what signs are my passed loved ones going to send me. I typically exercise extreme caution here as signs are deeply personal and can be very specific to the relationship that you had with that person. Unless I get a super clear answer from spirit I will typically advise that client to ask their loved one to send them a specific sign or ask if they have gotten something from that loved one that they felt was a sign?

A beautiful example of this is from one of my best friends in Boston. Her mother in law will send her lady bugs.
